The Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association is proud to present these extraordinary new homes featuring the latest trends in homebuilding by the area’s leading homebuilders. The tour offers a tremendous variety of lifestyle homes for young professionals to empty nesters. This year CRBRA is proud to donate the proceeds of the ticket sales to the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady. Volunteers from these fine organizations have donated their time to sell tickets, answer questions and welcome you to each home. Please join us in thanking them for their valuable time and kind assistance at this event.

Again this year, you will have an opportunity to vote for the “People’s Choice Award”. After you have toured the last home, complete the brief survey and select your favorite home. We will post the winner on the Parade of Homes website www.crbraparade.com by October 6th.

Habitat for Humanity (HfH) of Schenectady has entered a home for you to see. It is a beautiful, totally remodeled home across from Union College in Schenectady (details on Page_). It is the first remodel project HfH has tackled. The project added many energy saving features. This home will only be open on September 26th and 27th. You will also be able to learn more about volunteering for upcoming Habitat projects.
